Global Digital Planning Director at Grayling

Jan Mikulin is the current Global Digital Planning Director at Grayling.

He is an integrated strategist with over a decade of experience across multiple sectors. He has led collaborative processes across multiple agencies, run teams of planners and driven creative teams to deliver on strong strategic principles across global brands in multiple markets and campaigns.

Jan has won a DMA Effectiveness Award for his work on BSkyB and seen his strategic/creative work become part of through the line activity with Samsung. Other clients have included Mercedes, Hachette Filipacchi, Cadbury, Wickes, Bulmers and Paddy Power.

Since joining Grayling, Jan has played a central role in driving the transition from a traditional PR network towards an integrated international agency. He has driven the strategic thinking for PayPal, BBC, John West and Diageo.

Describing himself, Jan often says that he is "passionately curious about the human condition… What makes people do what they do, when they do it, is genuinely fascinating. To be a part of that process and to have the chance to change behaviour is an honour and a privilege."
