Joan Ramon Vilamitjana

General Manager, Hill+Knowlton Strategies Spain

Joan Ramon Vilamitjana joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies in 2001, where he was Head of Corporate Communications + Crisis; he is currently H+K Spain’s General Manager. Prior to that, he led the Barcelona office for five years, where he was directly involved in the Corporate Communications + Crisis teams.

Joan Ramon has worked across a wide variety of sectors, mainly Food + Drink, Healthcare, Automotive, Energy, Technology and FMCG. Before joining H+K, Joan Ramon worked for two years at a local PR agency. Prior to that, Joan Ramon worked for three years in several local media outlets as a journalist.
