Rating Platform
RATINGPLATFORM has been created to provide a unique global platform for ratings from qualified sources. It is an initiative supported by the European Association of Credit Rating Agencies (“EACRA”) and has therefore European routes. Given the international environment for CRAs, where new legislation is being implemented in several countries and regions, Ratingplatform’s target is to provide guidance to all users of ratings.
In order to take into account the variety of business models of CRAs (issuer-pays, investor-pays), RATINGPLATFORM has implemented the following disclosure policy: level 1 - public information; level 2 - registered users; level 3 - pay per view; level 4 - subscription. This dislcosure policy is implemented on the level of the issuer name (rated entity), the rating and the reports. CRAs can choose to what extend the information is publicly available or only accessible to registered users or subscribers. CRAs participating at Ratingplatform maintain the information on their ratings themselves. Please note that CRAs may use RATINGPLATFORM as an entry gate to their services - you may therefore find here only a selection of the full range of services.
According to the European Regulation on Credit Rating Agencies, Agencies disclose their ratings on a defined scale, according to their own standards (see Transparency). In addition, CRAs base their ratings on their own rating methodologies and their own procedures. The terminology used differs from agency to agency, RATINGPLATFORM is flexible enough to adapt though the use of own standards in order to make the information comparable on a cross-border basis.

The Association of Business Communicators of India (ABCI) is a 55 years old organization, formerly known as Association of Industrial Editors of India. Financial Communications and Investor Relations Association (ARFI)
Russia's Financial Communications and Investor Relations Association (ARFI) was formed in 2000. In 2008 it was reorganized and renamed. In 2012 ARFI is to merge with OSSI to form the single Russian IR-society. Among its members and participants are major Russian stock exchanges, financial news agencies, issuers and other companies and individuals specializing in investor relations, business information and financial communications. In 2007-2008 ARFI initiated official recognition of the profession of IR Specialist in Russia. ARFI’s Code of Ethics was approved in 2001.
ARFI is to improve the informational transparency and the investment attractiveness of the Russian financial market and creating appropriate conditions for fair competition in the market of financial communications.
ARFI sustains and supports its members’ business through the following activities:
