Oksana Bulgakova

EBRD Project manager in energy efficiency of residential sector in Ukraine – IQ energy.

She has 10 years’ experience in senior positions in the financial sector at large banks of the first group, according to the NBU classification, including OTP BANK.

Specialization: retail, marketing, customer support and quality service, CRM.

Prior to the financial sector for 3 years worked in the telecommunications industry, including the head of mass segment position in Ukrainian Mobile Communications (UMC, now Vodafone).

In 2004-2005 worked Saatchi&Saatchi advertising agency, where was involved in developing and bringing to market life:) brand. Oksana has experience of work with major FMCG sector trademarks of Nestle and Procter and Gamble companies such as Nescafe, Pantene, Blend-A-Med, etc.

Education:

1998-2003 – Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Institute of International Relations, Diploma in international monetary relations;

2003-2005 – Kingston Business School, London, UK, masters in marketing.
