Oversees the creative and artistic productions of the animation studio and its interactive and special projects.

For years in the role of the studio’s lead Executive Producer was involved in delivering a number of award-winning short animation films including: „The Cathedral” and „Fallen Art” with Tomek Bagiński and „Ark” with Grzegorz Jonkajtys. Lead the teams delivering cinematics for the gaming series „The Witcher”, for which he received a SIGGRAPH award. Besides films and gaming Marcin was also actively involved in creating theater visualizations including, animations for „Academy of Mr. Kleks”, Krzysztof Penderecki’s „Seven Gates of Jerusalem”, Krzysztof Pastor’s balley „Tristan” and „Immanuel Kant” opera by Leszek Możdżer. Alongside, conceptual lead and producer of the „Animated history of Poland” created for the Polish pavilion at EXPO 2010 in Shanghai and the „City of ruins” project for the Museum of Warsaw Uprising. Marcin also supported a number of independent films and productions associated with Platige Image’s creators for various public, cultural and artistic institutions.

Leading Fish Ladder, a strategy and experience design studio carrying out conceptually and technologically advanced projects, operating at the intersection of technology, science, art and new media.

The studio works as an interdisciplinary collective of creators, designers and producers,  engaging organizations to discover new avenues of market and social interactions - conceptualizing, designing and delivering the next generation of creative business ventures.

Along with the team, Marcin was responsible for delivering the “Move Your Imagination” campaign promoting Poland at the ITB tradeshow in Berlin, the concept for the permanent exhibition of the Museum of History of Poland and Museum of Joseph Pilsudski, as well as the “Ambition” project for the European Space Agency, exhibition design of the Polish pavilion at EXPO 2015 in Milan and “The Old Axolotl” and “Polish legends” projects for Allegro Group.
