Dr. Denise Shelley Newnham

Lecturer at Glion Institute of Higher Education (Switzerland)

Dr. Denise Shelley Newnham is at present a full time lecturer in leadership and organizational change, MBA dissertation lead and research and scholarship facilitator for Bulle campus of the Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland.

Previously she was employed by the University of Geneva and the University of Helsinki (CRADLE). She was an international scholar in prestigious universities such as University of Bath, UK (Maters in Philosophy and Ph.D. in Education with a focus on Organizational change, human development and the Change laboratory methodology); University of Geneva (Advanced Masters in Educational Science with a focus on human development); University of South Africa (Bachelor of Arts in psychology and Anthropology; Bachelor of Arts Honours in Educational Anthropology).

Dr: Newnham was awarded a scholarship for her PhD due to the excellence of her research proposal. Furthermore, she received the highest award for her Research at the University of Geneva. Dr. Newnham has received research grants, has experience in coordinating international research projects and 18 years of research experience.

She has several important publications one being a book on the Change Laboratory Methodology together with Jaakko Virkkunen. This book has recently been translated into Portuguese. The articles published discuss organizational changes that involve all aspects of the activity under transformation.

Dr. Newnham has been a lecturer facilitator for over 17 years in several countries in the world.
