Benoit Teppe

Benoît Teppe is a lecturer at GIHE and an independent management consultant. Since 1999, he has been advising European companies on their market entry strategies as well as execution of strategic projects in India. He is an occasional speaker at conferences hosted by the French Senate and Foreign Office, and his consulting focus spans from growth strategy definition to transnational teams’ management.

Since 2010, he has developed a set of short, specialized cross-cultural management training and coaching programs which he delivers regularly to Blue Chip corporate clients such as L’Oréal, Exxon, Sanofi, Wipro, Axa or EADS. These programs aim at raising awareness of cultural differences in such aspects as communication and management styles, motivational factors or relation to time, identifying the opportunities and challenges they bring in terms of mutual engagement, team cohesion and overall team performance, and designing and implementing strategies to best address them.
