Natalia Zabolotna is General Director of Mystetskyi Arsenal National Cultural-Art and Museum Complex since May 2010.

Mystetskyi Arsenal is a leading art and culture institution in Ukraine. Within 5 years, Zabolotna’s team has brought to life over 50 art projects of national and international scale. More than 2,5 million visitors have enjoyed exhibitions, festivals and events at Mystetskyi Arsenal.

A seasoned journalist, she is a founder and publisher of the leading Ukrainian art magazine ART Ukraine. She was also a founder and Director of publishing house Li-Terra. Ms. Zabolotna is the author and director of various successful art projects: Charitable project "Arsenal of Good Deeds" (since 2014), Borys Voznytskyi Prize "For the significant personal contribution to the development of Ukrianian museum work" (since 2013), Grand and Great Museum Project (2013), The Kyiv Biennale of Contemporary Art ARSENALE (2012), International Arsenal Book Fair & Festival (annually since 2011), First International Week of Contemporary Art Space Odyssey (2011) and the Independent exhibition (2011), Fine Art Ukraine (annually since 2009), Great Antique Exhibition (annually since 2008), ART KYIV contemporary (annually since 2006), Great Sculpture Exhibition (annually since 2006).

In 2008 Zabolotna received the title of Honored Arts Worker of Ukraine.
