Dmytro Kuleba
Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
Dmytro Kuleba is Ambassador-at-Large for Strategic Communications at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. His diplomatic career started in 2003. Dmytro’s previous professional experience includes working at the Mission of Ukraine to the OSCE and the Office of Ukraine’s Foreign Minister. In 2013, Dmytro also worked as Communications Advisor to the Vice-Prime-Minister of Ukraine. From October 2013 to June 2014, Dmytro served as Chair of the Board of the UART Foundation for Cultural Diplomacy, focusing on international art projects as part of public diplomacy.
Dmytro holds PhD (2005) in international law from Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University (Kyiv, Ukraine). He has experience in teaching strategic communications at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine and teaches international law in his alma mater as well.
