THE FEE INCLUDES:
- Attendance of the full program for 7 days, for the period 1-7 May, 2018.
- Local/internal flights and transfers between/inside the visited cities announced in the program.
- One-day Media Training on 7 May, 2018.
- Welcome dinner on 1 May, 2018, in Seattle.
- Cruise with light dinner and wine on 4 May, 2018, in San Francisco.
- Closing ceremony on 7 May, 2018.
- A portfolio with printed materials and guidelines.
*NB! The fees above do not include your flight to the USA or your hotel accommodation in the USA! For those who plan to stay in hotels with the group it is proposed to make a deposit of 180 ˆ per night. After the actual booking and discount depending on the size of the group, documents will be presented with the real costs of the room, all taxes and recalculation made: if prices are higher, additional payment will be necessary, and if lower – there will be a refund. The participants can also choose to book their hotels themselves, but all due internal transfers will start/end only at the group’s hotel in each city.

Any refund of fees will be made only for cancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to the event.
A 25% cancellation charge is due to cover administration costs.
