PR Manager at McCann PR - Romania
Ruxandra Vasilescu has more than 4 years experience in brand management and corporate communication. She joined the public relations team at McCann PR part of McCann Erickson Romania (Agency of the Year, according to Golden Drum festival, 2011) as a PR Manager, in 2008. She and her colleagues achieved recognition for the popular ROM campaign, widely admired for its clever sociological move: challenging the national ego in order to revive a local chocolate brand. The campaign achieved the largest number of prizes in the entire Eastern Europe region. Ruxandra performed a chief role in the PR Coordination of the campaign.
She has graduated the “National School of Political and Administrative Studies” (Bucharest), obtaining a Master’s Degree in “Brand Management si Comunicare Corporatista”.
Ruxandra also holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Communication & PR and in Sociology, issued by “National School of Political and Administrative Studies" Bucharest.
