Natalya Belenko is founder of TOP Communication GmbH, pursued work as Top Manager of an energy company, Deputy Governor and a political adviser of the federal and regional authorities. She is a personal coach, group business trainer, corporate affairs and corporate communication consultant.

Natalya graduated from the Leningrad State University in 1979 with a specialization in social psychology. She holds a PHD in history and an MBA in political communications.
