Fees - Forum 2011:

Registration Fee

Early Bird Forum registration fee – 550 euro

Up till 1^st Oct 2010

Standard Forum registration fee – 680 euro

From 2^nd Oct 2010

Up till 10^th Dec 2010

Last minute Forum registration fee – 780 euro

From 11^th Dec 2010

Up till 10^th Feb 2011

The Forum fee INCLUDES: All plenary and section events listed in the program, lunches and coffee breaks as per program schedule, and a full Participant’s portfolio, including – program, booklet, note-pad, list of attending participants, pen, badge, bag/folder, interpretation, Mulled wine welcome party, Shatzalp Hotel.

The registration fees do not include a Formal Dinner (100 euro) and a Closing Buffet (40 euro).

NB: the Forum fee DOES NOT include accommodation, transfer and travel expenses!

Standard Package registration fee – 1150 euro

Last minute Package registration fee – 1350 euro

Up till 01^stFeb 2011

EXTRA INCLUDED: 3 nights (BB) in a *** Davos hotel, transfer from/to airport, Dinner & Closing Buffet.
