Fatime Zahra Outaghani launched PAR 3 Communications, a leading advertising company, in 1997. In anticipation of the boom in corporate communications services throughout the Maghreb region and following the success of the public relations department, Fatime Zahra launched PR Media, the first integrated PR agency in North Africa in 2004.

With more than 15 years experience in the North African communications environment, Fatime now focuses on business development and geographical expansion.

Over the last few years, Fatime Zahra has grown the PR Media network through wholly-owned offices and affiliates in Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Cameroon, Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire. Each office is directed by consultant teams that fully understand local practices. Inspired by the Anglo-Saxon model, PR Media assigns a central role to the project management culture. PR Media is a Hill & Knowlton associate for North West Africa since 2005.

Fatime Zohra worked more than five years for Unilever. She holds a master in communication. She is married, with two daughters, stimulated by challenge she enjoys extreme sports and travels.
